2M-IT's owner-customer in the Satakunta welfare area has a need for a system that performs RAI assessment, for which we do market mapping. We use market mapping to find out the planned purchase of RAI assessment systems in the market for. The object of the planned acquisition is a system for making RAI assessments. The RAI system (Resident Assessment Instrument) is an internationally standardized data collection and assessment tool set, which is used to assess the customer's need for services and for drawing up a treatment, rehabilitation and service plan.
