Procurement goal and object:

Kela is a national organizationo, which currently has approximately 8, 500 employees across the country. As a procurement entity, Kela is preparing a tender for a payment solution for welfare services for personnel benefits.

The object of the procurement is a payment solution service. The payment solution service must be made possible for Kela's personnel tthe use of arjoama's exercise, culture and massage benefits and payment of services at the service provider's contracted locations.

Market dialogue:

The purpose of the request for information is to map service providers operating in the market who could offer services to Kela. Service providers are asked to respondto questions about the procurement, to comment on tender materials, for example to remove obstacles, and to offer ideas to improve the solution and the competition. In market mapping, it may be required to fulfill a non-disclosure agreement in order to share confidential materiali.
