The Philippine Coconut Authority through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure 327 pcs cellular phonecards to be delivered in PCA Regional Office, Brgy. Isabang, Lucena City.
Please submit the original copy of your quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than August 17, 2016 using the attached canvass form enclosed in a properly labeled sealed envelope addressed to RBAC Secretariat as shown below:
Please take note that envelope without proper label shall not be opened and considered disqualified.
A copy of your business permit and DTI accreditation are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal.
