The Project Shall Include The Removal/Demolition Of Existing Amenities (Playing Fields, Pedestrian Pathways, Bleachers, Press Box, Concession Building, Lavatory Facilities, Tennis Courts, Fencing, Backstops, Scoreboards, Etc.) And Replacing The Existing Facilities With New Synthetic Surface Playing Fields, And Associated Amenities. The New Athletic Complex Would Accommodate The Following Sports: Football, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, And Tennis.
