Objective of Engagement
The Council invites Expressions of Interest from Respondents for Technology Assisted Management and Enforcement of time limit controlled car parking spaces on the ground floor of the Webbe Street Car Park, Norwood.
All proposals must include the use of smart technology to assist with the effective monitoring and management of the time limit-controlled car parking spaces referred to above.
The Council is keen to receive submissions that clearly articulate the way in which technology can assist the Council to meet its objectives set out in Section 2.1. In this context, proposals should demonstrate how the deployment of smart technology would be cost-effective, align with the Council-s Smart City Plan and the Council-s Strategic Management Plan, City Plan 2030 and ideally be structured to minimise ‘up front- costs to the Council any for software, hardware and systems requirements.
