The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified Respondents for the potential development and operation of a large-scale, ticketed evening light-based attraction as part of the Destination Wasaga Master Plan.This is a non-binding process and is being conducted for information-gathering and planning purposes only. This RFEOI is intended to:• Gauge market interest;• Identify potential partners and concepts;• Gather high-level input to inform possible future procurement options; and, • Inform the Town-s next steps, which may include cancelling or modifying the terms of this RFEOI, refining the scope of the project, engaging with select Respondents, and, in accordance with the Town-s Procurement Policy, entering into direct negotiations with one or more Respondents or proceeding with a formal procurement process.
