MANIFESTATIONS D’INTER?T POUR L`ACHAT D`ARTICLES USAGES La Mission de Stabilisation des Nations Unies en Haïti (MINUSTAH) a l`intention d`émettre une invitation à l`appel d`offre par vente de lots d`articles usagés comprenant des véhicules, des générateurs, des équipements électroniques et de communication, des conteneurs, des Camions, du matériel de manutention, des casiers de rangement, des ordinateurs de bureau, des ordinateurs portables et des périphériques d`ordinateurs à Port-Au-Prince, Haïti. La vente se fera sur la base « dans l`état » et « tel quel » sans recours sur les garanties, exprimées ou implicites de quelque nature que ce soit. Les entreprises ou les personnes intéressées à être présélectionnées par les documents de sollicitation de la MINUSTAH sont priés de présenter une expression écrite à l`adresse électronique: rodriguez13@un.org en copie à bissainthe@un.org ou en main propre à la Section des achats de la MINUSTAH, salle 3B-35, MINUSTAH Log base, Boulevard Toussaint Louverture, Port Au Prince, à l`attention: Mme Susan Rodriguez (Case Officer et Personne de Contact) au plus tard le Mercredi 30 août 2017. Une conférence d`information sur l`appel d`offre doit être effectuée sur le site d`affichage, ensuite l`inspection des articles sur place à la date et à l`heure indiquées dans le ITB. Les soumissionnaires intéressés sont invités à assister à la conférence sur l`appel d`offre et à l`inspection du site. Cette annonce ne constitue aucun engagement de la MINUSTAH. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR PURCHASING USED ITEMS The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Disposal by Sale of itemized lots of used items comprising of vehicles, generators, communication and electronic equipment, containers, trucks, material handling equipment, storage lockers, computer desktops, computer Laptops and computer peripherals in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. The sale will be on an “as is where is” basis without recourse on warranties, expressed or implied of any kind. Companies or individuals interested in being short-listed for the MINUSTAH solicitation documents are requested to submit a written expression of interest to the email address rodriguez13@un.org with copy to bissainthe@un.org or hand delivered to the MINUSTAH Procurement Section, Room 3B-35, MINUSTAH Logbase, Blvd. Toussaint Louverture, Port Au Prince, Attention: Ms. Susan Rodriguez (Case Officer and Contact Point) not later than Wednesday 30 August 2017. A pre-bidding conference shall be held at the display site followed by inspection of items on site on the date and time to be indicated in the ITB. Interested Bidders are enjoined to attend the pre-bidding conference and onsite inspection. This advertisement does not constitute any commitment by MINUSTAH. The Mission reserves the right to change or cancel requirements in the process. Buyers must be fully aware that they are obliged to pay all relevant taxes and duties for the purchase of the assets from MINUSTAH, in accordance with the existing laws and regulations and abide by applicable timelines for collecting any awarded goods.
