Description : 1. The City of Calbayog, Samar, through the Philhealth YAKAP Proceeds intends to apply the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only per head per year (Php1, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Services for the Implementation of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The City of Calbayog now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Services for the Implementation of PhilHealth YAKAP Program. Eligibility documents of interested SERVICE PROVIDERs must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before September 15, 2026 (Tuesday) 1:00pm at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) office, City of Calbayog, Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
