Description : REQUEST FOR ExPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF IMPORT ExPORT PERMIT SYSTEM (IEPS)
1) The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 4, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the consulting services Procurement of Service for the Development of Import Export Permit System (IEPS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The DDB now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Procurement of Service for the Development of Import Export Permit System (IEPS). Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 11 December 2025 at 9:00 AM, at 3rd Floor DDB-PDEA Bldg., National Government Center, NIA Road, Brgy.
