Description : 1) The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Pesos (PHP 3, 397, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the consulting services Procurement of Service for the Development of Dangerous Drugs Monitoring System (DDCPEC-MS Phase 2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
