1. The Capiz State University, through the General Appropriation Act - 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of ISO 9001:2015 Third Party Audit and Certifying Body - RECERTIFICATION, 1st and 2nd Surveillance Audit for the CAPIZ STATE UNIVERSITY 9 CAMPUSES and Central Administration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
