Description : The Local Government Unit of Bula is inviting interested PhilGEPS accredited contractors/consultants to apply for eligibility and to submit complete bid for the REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON THE PREPARATION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (SDP) AND DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN (DED) FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER at Barangay Panoypoyan, Bula, Camarines Sur under the MMO CY 2026 with an ABC of One Million Pesos Only (₱ 1, 000, 000.00), as per scope of works and specifications under the accompanying documents. Completion of work is required by 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (3) years, a contract similar to the Projects.
