The Municipality of Calumpit, through the authorized Local Fund under Municipal Appropriations Ordinance No. 2026-04, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 3, 600, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Formulation of the Calumpit CDRA, CLUP, and Zoning Ordinance under IB No. 2026-07-04-CONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
