One (1) Highly Technical Lead Consultant
Remuneration: Php300, 000.00
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in Statistics;
Has extensive experience in the development of survey designs and survey operations;
Has conducted various researches on survey sampling and assessment;
Has prepared teaching materials in Statistics;
Has served as resource person in PSRTI regular and special trainings, seminar and workshops; and
Has served as consultant in various national and regional surveys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide overall direction, supervision and coordination of various tasks and assignments;
2. Reviewing and providing comments on the plans and project outputs on various aspect/phases;
3. Ensuring the effectiveness and success of the project through operational directives and recommendations;
4. Attend/Lead project meetings as required;
5. Maintain close coordination with PSRTI on the implementation of the project;
6. Prepare and submit the periodic project status reports to the PSRTI;
7. Come up with an appropriate sampling design for the conduct of three (3) surveys, i.e., (1) Airline Satisfaction Survey; (2) Passengers- Satisfaction Survey and Concessionaires- Satisfaction Survey;
8. Lead in finalizing the survey methodology and survey instruments;
9. Act as resource person/participate in Enumerator-s training and Encoder-s Training lined-up for the project;
10. Take primary responsibility in the integration and analysis of survey results and relate these with the macro-level analysis of the three (3) surveys aforementioned; and
11. Present survey results and major findings and recommendations to PSRTI and MIAA Management Committee.
