In Afghanistan, WFP purchases food locally and internationally. In line with WFP manuals, rules, regulations and policies, food products are inspected by an independent third-party inspection company and may be further tested in laboratory. Through this EOI, WFP seeks to identify qualified serviceproviders for quality and quantity inspection service.WFP invites eligible companies to express their interest in rendering inspection, superintendence, sampling, and testing services, in accordance with WFP's scope of work provided in Annex 1, food commodities purchased by WFP in the link providedin Article no.5 of EOI and the parameters for laboratory tests in Annex 2.
