1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MANDALUYONG, through the National Tax Allotment CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand and Twenty-Four Pesos (Php6, 879, 024.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Detailed Engineering Design for Phase I for the Construction of Underground Electrical and Auxiliary Distribution System of Mandaluyong City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MANDALUYONG now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the above-mentioned project, which has the following objectives:
