REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHASE 1 OF DIGITALIZATION PROJECT
1) The Municipal Government of Torrijos, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Phase 1 of Digitalization Project, IB No. 2025-12-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The Municipal Government of Torrijos now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Phase 1 of Digitalization Project, IB No. 2025-12-018.
