Request for Expression of Interest for the Conduct of Capability Development Activities in Malimono Dulay Agrarian Reform Communities (Arcs)
The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (DARRO-ARMM), through the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (NDRRMF), a Special Fund for Marawi Rehabilitation intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Two Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P20, 263, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the consulting services stated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The DARRO-ARMM now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the following capability development activities in Malimono Dulay ARCs:

The BAC shall draw up the short list of consultants from those who have submitted Expression of Interest, including the eligibility documents, and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
The following criteria for short listing shall be considered:
-c Qualification of Project Chief/Contractor must be licensed geodetic Engineer, as per R.A. 8560, as amended;
-c Had been chief of Party working from beginning to end of a public Subdivision or Complex Subdivision Surveys;
-c Has no abandoned survey projects previously contracted
The rating system for shortlisting are as follows:
A. Track record of professional service provider 20%
B. Qualification of the team 40%
C. Current workload and absorptive capacity 20%
D. Plan of approach and methodology 20%
