2. Preparation of Technical Specifications
3. Preparation of Quantity and Cost Estimates
4. Preparation of Program of Work
5. Preparation of Proposed Construction Schedule (over six (6) months period)
6. Submission of Design Report
7. Preparation of Bid/Tender

CONTRACT DURATION: 75 calendar days after receipt of Contract
Pre-Bid Conference Jan 5, 2017 at 2:00pm Submission of requirements and Submission and Opening of Expression of Interests on Jan. 12, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the OD Conference Room.
The FPRDI reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
