The Reserve Bank of Australia ABN 50 008 559 486 (the Bank) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from capable suppliers to express interest in supplying the Bank with a Video Management System (VMS) software solution. The Bank intends to conduct a multi-stage competitive procurement process to procure the Supply. The primary purpose of the EOI is to allow the Bank to generate a short list of preferred VMS suppliers for a future tender that will result in the final selection of a national VMS solution. The Bank will assess the VMS solutions from a technical perspective. The Bank is also interested in how the VMS providers can guarantee any agreed pricing, over several years, and what acceptable methods the VMS providers would onsider for contracting with the Bank.
