Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Construction of New Tottenham Elementary School
The Simcoe County District School Board proposes to construct a new 4, 289.0m2 (46, 166.4ft2) two (2) storey elementary school on McGahey Street in the Town of Tottenham. The project is scheduled to be tendered in early 2026 with construction starting April 2026 substantially performed by Spring 2028.
Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification. Roofing Sub-Contractors from the SCDSB-s latest vendor of record lists will be invited to submit pricing to the General Contractors.
