The Ministry of Health, Wellness, and Elderly Affairs now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for SMART rehabilitation of the Canaries Wellness Centre to improve its functionality and structural soundness and make the facility greener.The project entails the implementation of upgrades to improve the functionality of the clinic, improve its structural soundness and make it a greener facility by enhancing energy efficiency. The works include the installation of a new ramp, demolition, and reconstruction of a pad for housing water tanks, installation of a standby generator, construction of a new generator housing, roof repairs, replacement of exterior and interior doors, rewiring of the electrical and communication systems in the building including the installation of energy-efficient luminaires, reconfiguration of internal partitions to improve functionality, improvements to HVAC...
