Tender Details
The objective of this RFB is to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) package solution to support current Human Resources (HR) initiatives and improve automation across the organization.
The Solution must be secure and fully scalable, with capabilities to manage future business requirements. The successful Vendor solution should be able to support the OFA-s goal of implementing a centralized data repository, while automating HR Workflows to ultimately optimize business processes.
The OFA plans to select one (1) Vendor to deliver and implement the Solution, as well as provide support, maintenance, training and training materials to assist with the transition.
