Tenders are invited for The Community Development and Research Organization (CDRO) invites qualified and experienced companies to submit quotations for the development of an integrated ERP system and a dynamic website for CDRO-s operations in 2025. The ERP system will be NGO-specific, designed for 4 users with a full package of licensing, implementation, training, technical support, and maintenance for a period of 5 years. It must include essential modules such as Finance, HR, Logistics, Procurement, Program Management, and additional features to support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) functions, including indicator tracking and reporting, as well as a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to ensure accountability and transparency across CDRO-s programs. The website development component includes the design and development of a modern, responsive, bilingual (English and Dari) CMS-based website with hosting, SEO optimization, user training, and ongoing maintenance support. Interested and eligible companies may submit quotations for both services or only one of the two components (ERP or Website Development) based on their area of expertise.
