Terms of Reference (TOR) for the purchase of passenger transportation services (rental of buses with a driver)1. General information and purpose of the purchase: The purpose of the purchase is to provide daily transportation of students (cadets) to the training ground for training demining training.2. Description of services and route: Route: Mykolaiv (departure from the office/agreed collection point) - p. Sebyne, Mykolayiv region. (training ground) - Mykolaiv (return). Approximate number of passengers: 110 people. Necessary transport: 3 (three) large passenger buses (with a capacity of approximately 45-50+ seats each). Mode of operation: Daily flights on training days. In the morning - delivery of personnel from Mykolaiv to the training ground; in the evening - return from the training ground to Mykolaiv. Innings buses and boarding: until 07:00. Departure from Mykolaiv: exactly at 07:00. Return departure from the village of Sebyne: at 15:40. Important condition: Buses must stay (wait) at the place of training (Sebyne village) throughout the day until the time of return. 3. Period provision of services (schedule of departures): Services must be provided in the following periods of 2026: Stage 1: May 10 - May 15 inclusive (6 days) Stage 2: May 20 - May 29 inclusive (10 days) Stage 3: June 03 - June 06 inclusive (4 days) Total number of days service: 20.4. Requirements for vehicles and the Contractor: Documentation: Availability of a valid license for the right to provide services for domestic passenger transportation. Condition of transport: Buses must be technically sound, have a neat interior, functioning air conditioning/ventilation systems. Taking into account the safety standards of The HALO Trust, the presence of functional passenger seat belts is mandatory.
