Representation of the international non-governmental organization Halo Trust (The HALO Trust) in Ukraine. Request number: REQUARO-406 Subject of purchase: Firewood chopped (hardwood). 1. General information and scope of purchase Product name: Chopped firewood (oak, hornbeam, ash, beech or their mixture). Total volume: 200 glass/m (fold meters). Purpose: For the needs of the organization in the heating season. 2. Technical requirements for the product Wood species: Hard species (mainly oak, hornbeam, ash). Soft or coniferous impurities are not allowed wood species (pine, spruce, poplar, etc.). Shape: Chopped log. Log length: 30-40-50 cm. Wood condition: Healthy wood with no signs of rot, mold or decay. Moisture: no more than 20-25%. 3. Terms of delivery and unloading Place of delivery: Kyiv region, m. Brovary, the exact address will be communicated to the winner. Delivery conditions: Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's transport and is included in the price of the product (DDP - destination). Unloading: Unloading of firewood at the Customer's facility is carried out by the Customer's own forces and at the expense of Supplier. Delivery schedule: The delivery must be made in batches or once until May 30, 2026. 4. Requirements for the price offer and payment The price must be indicated for 1 warehouse meter (glass/m), including VAT (if the participant is a VAT payer). the total cost of the offer must necessarily include the costs of transportation and unloading in the city of Brovary. Payment terms: Cashless payment. Payment is made upon delivery of goods and signing of invoices with deferred payment 10 banking days.5. List of documents for participation in the tender.
