These are changes that have already been made were included in the Information Memorandum from the previous tender, but also changes implemented by EBN, Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) is a public company in the energy sector. We are committed to a reliable, affordable and sustainable energy supply today and in the future. We do this by working on responsible CO2 storage, a sustainable gas system and a sustainable heat transition. We work together with public and private partners and use our knowledge, expertise and... financial strength to accelerate the construction of a sustainable energy system. All this is necessary to achieve the climate goals based on sustainable energy sources. Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) invites market parties to register for this European Competition Procedure with negotiation for the redesign and sustainability of our office location in Utrecht. The assignment includes concretizing, planning and implementing the accommodation plan for an office of approximately 4, 200 m², where daily more than 250 employees are employed. The aim is to make more efficient use of space, to better respond to the needs of employees and the type of work they perform, and at the same time to promote sustainability in the office. Circularity plays an important role in this. We are looking for a party that can offer design capacity as well as project management and operational implementation.
