13) The Municipality of Hinunangan, through the LGU GENERAL FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 600, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MEDICINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
