1) The BARANGAY MAMBOG, STA. CRUZ ILOCOS SUR through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND SY 2026 BUDGETED intends to apply the sum of PHP 80, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPRAPING OF CANAL Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY MAMBOG, STA. CRUZ ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for REPRAPING OF CANAL. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
