Mode of Procurement: Small Value Procurement
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through Republic Act (RA) 12314, FY 2026 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIX PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (₱1, 269, 106.50), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of First-Quarter Office Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX hereby requests quotations from interested suppliers for the Procurement of First-Quarter Office Supplies in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009.
3) Scope of Procurement
The procurement covers the supply and delivery of various office supplies as detailed in the attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
4) Delivery Requirement
