The purpose of this contract, without prejudice to the greater detail contained in the technical specifications, is to obtain possession, through physical visits and face-to-face procedures along with verification of the state. occupational and the determination of the potential vulnerability of the occupying families, in those assets owned by Sareb, both financial and real estate of all types, that are (i) in the process of transformation, understood as the recovery of the financial asset through a judicial procedure mainly, although not exclusively, of mortgage foreclosure, monetary foreclosure or an ordinary procedure, prior to the auction (ii) or, physical possession is to be taken of the asset for the first time, (iii) or physical possession of the assets is not available, or (iv) or SAREB simply wishes to determine the occupational status and/or vulnerability of the occupants.
