State schools are in the process of acquiring a quality management reporting system, where the reporting of dangerous situations and deviations and other quality management possibilities are central. The quality management reporting system requires integration with other systems. The procurement unit organizes a market dialogue to support the preparation of the procurement of the quality management reporting system. The purpose of the dialogue is to have a general dialogue about the object of the acquisition, to get an understanding of the market existing solutions, ideas and views regarding procurement. As the market dialogue progresses, e.g. how should the procurement be defined, what and what level of requirements should be set in the procurement documents, for example, for the object of the procurement. Other specifications related to procurement are also reviewed, e.g. comparison bases, what kind of pricing models exist in the industry, etc. The aim is to start the market dialogues already in June. The dialogues will be organized with company-specific considerations in mind equal treatment of bidders. The competition will be published after the market dialogues at the end of the year.
