Replenishment of application (x86) servers with support for 5 years The subject of the public contract is the purchase of two new x86 servers with a total volume of 6 TB of memory, which will be integrated into the existing portfolio of x86 servers (Hyper-V cluster). Furthermore, it is the subject of collateral performance manufacturer's support for this HW for at least 5 years, including service coverage at the customer's location on working days in 5x9 mode. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance, including the minimum requirements for new servers, is given in Appendix No. 1 of the Contract - Technical specifications. In accordance with § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the possibility of changing the obligation from the contract, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, and Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., especially in the area of ​​management supply chain security. This reserved change applies in particular to the period of gradual implementation of the new requirements of the aforementioned Act and Decree and the incorporation of Appendix No. 5 of the aforementioned Decree into contractual documents. The contracting authority is authorized to perform amending the contract to the necessary extent so that the contractual relationship corresponds to currently binding or newly emerging obligations in the field of supplier management. The details of this reserved change of commitment are given in Article I, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the binding draft contract model, which forms Annex No. 2 of this ZD.
