It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 as amended on July 31, 2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit Declarations on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder.
