The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to take part in the procedure for replacing the upholstery of office chairs for the Management Board in Katowice of the CBŚP and the KWP in Katowice. The contractor is obliged to cover the costs transport, including the collection of the assortment from the Ordering Party and their delivery to the Contractor's workshop and the delivery of the assortment after repair to the Ordering Party along with bringing it in. The Contractor is obliged to provide on the purchasing platform gross offer price. The invitation, declaration and sample photos of chairs can be found in the "attachments" tab. The contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of not being subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on specific solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514).
