The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for replacing the upholstery of office chairs for the Management Board of the Central Bureau of Investigation in Katowice. The contractor is obliged to cover the transport costs, including collection of the assortment from the Ordering Party and delivery to the Contractor's workshop and delivery of the assortment after repair to the Ordering Party along with the payment. The Contractor is obliged to provide the gross offer price on the purchasing platform. Invitation, declaration and sample photos of chairs can be found in the "attachments" tab. The contractor is obliged to submit a declaration of not being subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514).
