1. The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works consisting in the renovation of three sections of pedestrian and bicycle paths located in Knica on plots no. 171/31, 191, 303/1, 302, Lubuskie Voivodeship, connected by one intersection, including: a) Section A, 2.25 m wide and 168.00 m long on the axis: Milling of the wearing course and construction of a new bituminous surface (wearing layer) on an area of 375.17 m2; b) Section B, 2.5 m to 3.00 m wide and 270.00 m long on the axis: Construction of the base from crushed aggregate and a new bituminous surface (marking and wearing layer) on an area of 699.59 m2 and a grassy shoulder 0.5 m wide; c) Section C, 3.5 m wide and 588.00 m long in axis: Milling of the wearing course and construction of a new surface bitumen (wearing layer) on an area of 2058.90 m2.2. Sections of pedestrian and bicycle paths do not constitute public roads within the meaning of the Act of March 21, 1985 on public roads (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 889).3.
