Tender Details

1. The subject of the Agreement is a one-time, complete replacement of sand in the total amount of 136.88 tons in sandboxes owned by the Ordering Party in the city of Poznań (total: 33 locations). List of sandboxes and playgrounds, along with the amount of sand to be replaced or supplements, covered by the agreement, constitutes Annex No. 2 to the agreement.2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Removal of all used sand from 33 sand pits. 2) Removal of selected sand and depositing it in a landfill in accordance with applicable law, including the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste.3) Filling with foam sand with a grain size of 0.2-2 mm, not containing dust and clay particles, having a PZH certificate or an equivalent document confirming the possibility of using the sand for recreational purposes, the level of sand after replacement 10÷15cm below the sandbox tops (upper level of the sandbox sides) and supplementing and raking the sand in the indicated playgrounds. 4) Tidying up the area after the activities performed in each location.
