1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the replacement of the existing heat source from a wood boiler room to a gasified wood boiler room in a single-family residential building located in the Powalice Forest District. Place your order for the Subject of the order si among others the following construction works: Dismantling of the existing cast iron boiler and other elements, including (including: valves, water meter, tanks, sanitary station and pipelines) along with its removal, Assembly works of a wood gassing boiler including connection for central heating and central utility water installations, Installation of expansion vessels, Installation of necessary valves, hot utility water tank and heat buffer, Necessary renovation works.2) Detailed scope of the subject of the order specifies: 1) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, 2) Construction Design, 3) Technical Design, 4) BIOZ (including: Design Documentation) constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6) Detailed cost estimate for the offer - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
