The subject of the order includes the performance of construction works as part of the investment task titled: Replacing the lining of external stairs and replacing the surface of the balcony floors on the southern side of the dormitory of the District Complex No. 2 of SOMSiT in Owicim, ul. Bema 4.Detailed the description of the subject of the order and the conditions for carrying out the works are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: 1) Dismantling existing floors made of gress tiles. 2) Removing uneven concrete on floors and stairs, milling concrete surfaces with a milling machine, milling depth up to 2 cm. 3) Reflecting acrylic plasters with a layer of adhesive primers and mesh on the walls of external and internal stairs, installing glass fiber mesh on the adhesive layer, preparing the surface for covering the walls of the stairs with silicone plaster, covering with plaster silicate. 4) Preparation of the base for the staircase lining (2 cm thick - hard granite stone), gluing the eaves profile with connectors and corner shapes, laying the staircase lining on the adhesive mortar. 5) Renovation of balconies - 3 pieces with replacement of cladding, cleaning and replenishing damaged plasters on the front and bottom of balcony slabs, edges...
