Replacing the centrifuge and its delivery system The winning Bidder must ensure the replacement of 4 Andritz D5LL type centrifuges and the associated delivery system at the Budapest Central Wastewater Treatment Plant with newly manufactured machines, which will handle the digested sludge dewaters before shipping. The 4 new centrifuges must be of the same make, type and design, i.e. the Bidder does not wish to purchase centrifuges of different design, function, technology and operation. Subject of purchase 4 Delivery and installation of an Andritz type D5LX or equivalent centrifuge and the associated delivery systems (and, if necessary for the installation of the proposed equipment, technological, electrical and construction modifications), the Integration into the plant's electrical, control and SCADA system, commissioning and trial operation, as well as training of the operating staff. The tender is compatible with the existing machine park, coordinated with it from a technological and operational point of view you want to buy equipment. The production of the Andritz D5LL has been discontinued, and instead the manufacturer offers the Andritz D5LX, which is the direct technological successor of the D5LL and has equivalent performance characteristics. The reference to the type is only the desired one technical performance level and system integration requirements, in order to accurately determine compatibility with the existing system.
