The successful Bidder must ensure the replacement of 4 Andritz D5LL type centrifuges and the associated delivery system at the Budapest Central Wastewater Treatment Plant with newly manufactured machines that dewater the digested sludge before transportation. The 4 new centrifuges must be of the same make, type and design, i.e. the Bidder does not wish to purchase centrifuges of different design, function, technology and operation. The object of the purchase is 4 pcs of Andritz type D5LX or the delivery and installation of an equivalent centrifuge and the related delivery systems (and, if necessary for the installation of the proposed equipment, the technological, electrical and construction modifications), the electrical, control and SCADA systems of the Site integration into the system, commissioning and trial operation, as well as training of the operating staff. The tenderer wishes to purchase equipment that matches the existing machine park and is coordinated with it from a technological and operational point of view. The Andritz D5LL its production has been discontinued, instead the manufacturer offers the Andritz D5LX type, which is the direct technological successor of the D5LL and has equivalent performance characteristics. The reference to the type is only the desired technical performance level and system integration requirements, in order to accurately determine compatibility with the existing system.
