Replacing campus aggregation switches 1. Order name: Replacement of campus aggregation switches. 2. The subject of the order is*: 2.1. Execution of the Technical Design by the Contractor, as well as transfer of copyrights and dependent rights to the Technical Design; 2.2. Purchase and delivery of Devices by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's Location and purchase and granting of a license by the Contractor to use the System Software managing the Devices; 2.3. Execution by the Contractor at the Ordering Party's Location for installation and implementation services, in accordance with the Technical Design approved by the Ordering Party, including the preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation, as well as the transfer of proprietary rights and derivative rights to a report on acceptance tests and post-implementation documentation; 2.4.
