1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the following tasks: - Renovation of municipal road No. 600551K - ul. Krakowska in Mogilany on a length of 733.84 meters, consisting of preparatory works, renovation of the road surface (replacement existing bituminous layer), renovation of roadsides, execution of finishing and cleaning works within the scope specified in this specification of contract conditions, design documentation which defines the detailed scope of the order, among others: Attachment No. 14 TOR, Attachment No. 13 - design documentation, Attachment No. 12 - technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, Attachment No. 11 - bill of quantities and Attachment No. 10 - Draft contract, Attachment No. 7 - Detailed description of the subject of the order. The contractor started with the OFFER. a simplified cost estimate prepared in accordance with the bill of quantities, which is attached to the SWZ.
