Tenders are invited for Replacement Works of Chillers at Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Fairmont House
2.1 In order to upkeep the air-conditioning system-s reliability as well as to achieve higher energy efficiency of the chiller plant, replacement of 6 nos. of air-cooled chillers with modification to the existing Building Management System (BMS) and Motor Control Centre (MCC) installation is planned to carry out in year 2023.
2.2 The tender will be separated into two packages for the below investment properties:-
Package A
(i) Ocean Walk
(ii) Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre
Package B
