Tender Details

A double flow ventilation unit will be installed on the roof of I1 to ventilate the TP room. This will replace the outdated drive unit currently shut down and the corresponding extractor. In the room containing the ventilation group existing, the electrical panel, sockets and lighting will be replaced in order to free up space for HVAC. In addition, outdated electrical panels will also be replaced near the amphitheater on level 0. The market is divided into lots as follows: • Lot 1 “Replacement of the ventilation group of the TP room” The purpose of the contract is the implementation of a new double flow ventilation group to ventilate the TP room as well as the demolition and evacuation of the installation existing. • Lot 2 “Replacement of several electrical panels” The purpose of the contract is the replacement of: - the TD 3.111 electrical panel as well as the lighting and sockets served by this TD 3.111 (TD in room +3/41); - electrical panels dilapidated near the amphitheater on level 0: • TD lecture halls: 0/51 (taken from the Trezoor room) and 0/50 • TD 0/52 (lectern). • Lot 3 “Completions” The purpose of the contract is: - The supply and installation of 4 fire-resistant doors in the premises technical and in the TP room and interior carpentry work located near the electrical panel in the TP room - Completion work including repairs to walls, ceilings and ...
