Tender Details

The purpose of this document is to define the work for the replacement of the two cold units used to supply the CTAs and VCOs of the CNFPT building located at 145 avenue Jean Lolive, in Plantin (93500). The project mainly includes the following works: Replacement of the cold units: - Removal of the concrete slab; - Crane for evacuating rubble; - Repair of waterproofing under the slab; - Installation of metal structure on the concrete floor; - Tightness readings on the feet of the metal structure. Option 1: Replacement of secondary pumps - Replacement of the 3 secondary pumps with variable flow pumps. Option 2: Replacement of regulation in chilled water substation - Replacement of automatic control systems chilled water regulation
