Tender Details

The scope of the order includes, among others: disassembly of existing joinery and window sills, balcony doors, delivery and installation of new joinery and window sills along with the necessary finishing of openings, performance of necessary cleaning works in the premises, building and area. adjacent buildings and removal of construction rubble and dismantled joinery, window sills and other waste generated during dismantling and assembly works, together with their transfer to a waste landfill. The external appearance of new windows and balcony doors should be maintained their original character and divisions. In approximately 10% of cases of replaced wooden joinery there may be ornaments and in approximately 10% of cases of replaced wooden joinery there may be mullions. In this case, the ornament should be recreated based on the decision Conservator of Monuments and use wooden mullions, unless the Conservator of Monuments decides otherwise.
