1. The subject of the order is the replacement of windows in building E of the NBP Regional Branch in Olsztyn in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, including: 1) dismantling of the existing PVC window joinery, delivery and installation of new windows and execution of accompanying works, 2) execution Workshop Documentation and As-Built Documentation and the transfer of proprietary rights to the Workshop Documentation and As-Built Documentation to the Ordering Party on the terms set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ, 3) granting and implementing a 24-month quality warranty for the Subject of the Agreement.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the conditions and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
