The subject of the order is: Replacement of windows and doors in the Radocza Primary School building as part of the task titled: "Modernization of the primary school building in Radocza by replacing windows and doors and renovating teaching rooms", hereinafter referred to as a task or alternatively order.2. The order concerns the building of the Primary School in Radocza, hereinafter referred to as Primary School, or the facility, and alternatively an educational facility, located at the following address: ul. Dbowa 49, 34-100 Radocza.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter IV to SWZ entitled Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance, hereinafter referred to as STWiOR, in Chapter III to SWZ entitled Draft Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as PPU.4.
